We’ll explore your current symptoms, health history, eating habits, lifestyle, and goals. You’ll receive a personalized wellness plan with nutrition guidance, meal ideas, supplement suggestions (if needed), and lifestyle recommendations.

🌿 Follow-Up Sessions (45 minutes)

​               Investment £50.00

These are designed to track progress, adjust your plan, and provide ongoing support and motivation.

Optional Add-Ons:

         Investment £50.00 per add-on or Session

  • 30 days full body Transformation programme (Investment £250.00)/Includes follow-up Consultation & add-ons

  • Meal planning support

  • Yoga and movement integration

  • Emotional wellbeing practices
