Hello and welcome — I’m Carla Dias.

Originally from beautiful Portugal, I moved to London in 2007 to pursue my passion for holistic health and wellbeing. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to supporting others on their journey to living healthier, more balanced lives — in body, mind, and spirit.
I work as a Nutritional Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and Dance Teacher, combining these practices to create personalized wellness experiences for each of my clients. My approach is holistic, meaning I see the whole person — not just a set of symptoms. True healing starts from within.
Through tailored programs that blend conscious eating, natural nutrition, and mindful movement, I help people reconnect with themselves and activate their body’s natural ability to heal.

I’m also the founder of Dance Heals Senza — a vibrant fusion of Belly Dance, Afrobeats, Samba, and conscious dance. It’s more than a workout — it’s a healing experience that helps people release, express, and feel more alive. This method is especially supportive for individuals navigating mental health challenges, offering therapeutic movement in a safe and empowering space.
